Çakmakçı Kıymetli Madenler has adopted as a principle the support of all national and international efforts in the fight against the laundering of proceeds of crime and the financing of terrorism, money laundering and other related offences, with all of its units acting for a responsible precious metals supply chain within the international precious metals markets that are of vital importance to the requirements and the credibility of the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) and Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) programmes, as well as compliance with national and international laws, regulations and legislation.

The Company avoids the risks of significant adverse impacts that may be associated with all of its activities throughout the process of moving precious metals from their source to the end consumer, refrains from inhumane practices and from any action that would contribute to the financing of conflict. It bears the responsibility of complying with United Nations sanctions and resolutions and with the local laws that give effect to such resolutions.

Conscious of its responsibility not to be associated with the Precious Metals Supply Chain contributing to money laundering or the financing of terrorism, or with human rights violations including child labour, the Company undertakes to adopt and broadly disseminate a responsible precious metals supply chain policy in conflict-affected and high-risk areas, and to comply with the contracts and agreements concluded with suppliers.
